Brews, Jazz, and Funk Festival – Squaw Valley, August 8-9, 2015

It’s time for the two day annual Brews, Jazz, and Funk festival at the Village at Squaw Valley this Saturday and Sunday, August 8 and Sunday, August 9, 2015.

What could be better than kicking back, enjoying an ice cold beer, from one of the 30+ different varieties on tap, and listening to some great jazz music?

Need another reason to check out this fun summer event? How about proceeds go to benefit the local Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe!

You’ll have two different days, or be there both days in Squaw Valley to enjoy this fun festival! This year the event will start at 2 p.m. and go until 8 p.m.

The cost is an entrance fee of a $5 donation to the Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe, and each beer ticket is $5 for a pint of beer. You’ll have the chance to taste beers from over thirty (30+) different beers on tap.

What a great way to support a wonderful local group and make a fun day out of the donation!

2 p.m. – 4 p.m. –Thick Newton on the Main Stage
3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Groove Session on the 1st Street Stage
4 p.m. – 6 p.m. – Con Brio on the Main Stage
5 p.m. – 6 p.m. – Groove Session on the 1st Street Stage
6 p.m. – 8 p.m. – The Revivalists on the Main Stage

2:00 p.m. – 4 p.m. – Mark Sexton Band on the Main Stage
2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. – Groove Session on the 1st Street Stage
4 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – Mingo Fishtrap on the Main Stage
5 p.m. – 6 p.m. – Groove Session on the 1st Street Stage
6 p.m. – 8 p.m. – Rebrith Brass Band (Grammy Award Winning) on the Main Stage

The Village at Squaw Valley has some of the best festival events in the North Lake Tahoe area, and this weekend you’ll have a chance to enjoy our Tahoe summer sunshine, ice cold beers, and musical performances on either Saturday, or Sunday.
