Graham’s Restaurant at Squaw Valley, California Graham’s at Squaw Valley in a hidden gem! If you’ll be up in the greater Squaw Valley (Olympic Valley) ski resort area and are looking for dining options, Graham’s at Squaw Valley in the place to have a wonderful meal and evening!

Graham Rock is the owner and restaurateur of Graham’s at Squaw Valley, and he personally oversees all of the operations and takes great pride in providing a wonderful dining experience. His smile and warmth always make me feel like I am family each and every time we’ve been at his restaurant.

Graham’s is one of my favorite places to have dinner here in the North Lake Tahoe area. You’ll love the atmosphere and old world charm that the restaurant offers. The wood burning fireplaces are warm and inviting in the winter. In the summer you’ll enjoy dining on the deck and the views of the majestic mountains, so it’s a place you’ll enjoy all year long.

Graham’s at Squaw Valley features California Cuisine influenced by Old World Mediterranean recipes from Europe. Their menu varies with the seasons and they have an extensive wine list. Where Grahams really shines for me is with their amazing staff and service.

They customized several dishes to meet my dietary restrictions last week when we had dinner at Grahams at Squaw Valley. Check out this vegetable dish with a parmesan cheese crisp.

We also had the Ahi appetizer and the Buffalo Rib Eye at our table.

Save room for dessert. While Graham’s always has a nice selection on the dessert menu, the Tarte Tatin is a home run winner and shouldn’t be missed! I would have had a picture of it, but it looked and smelled so amazing when it was served at the table that we had already eaten most of it before I realized I hadn’t taken a photo to share with everyone – simply delicious!
