Dog Day in the Park – Tahoe Vista, CA Sunday, September 8, 2013

If you’re in North Lake Tahoe area on Sunday, September 8, 2013 with your dog, take advantage of the Dog Day in the Park event at the North Tahoe Regional Park on National Avenue in Tahoe Vista, California.

The Dog Day in the Park event is a partnership event with the Wylie Animal Rescue Foundation (WARF) and is a fund raiser for the fury four-legged friends in our lives.

The Dog Day in the Park mission is to build and help maintain securely fenced, environmentally friendly, off-lease dog parks in the Tahoe-Truckee community.

This even is a fundraiser to help fund and build the first fenced in, off-lease dog park in the area to be located at the North Tahoe Regional Park in Tahoe Vista. This event will offer a dog-themed carnival, raffle, BBQ, adoptions, $6 rabies vaccines and $20 micro-chipping. They will also have a raffle with a grand prize of a $1,500 RCI vacation with your choice of location.

You’ll have a lot of fun at the Dog Day in the Park event with your dog, and it’s a great opportunity to get you animal vaccinated and chipped if you haven’t already done so.
