My Tahoe story begins when I came to Lake Tahoe for the first time for Summer Camp.
I couldn’t believe how beautiful Lake Tahoe was, or how cold the mornings would still be in late June!
I think about all of the great times I’ve had here over the years and I can’t help but smile since that first trip here decades ago!
Fast forward to today, and here I am living in the North Lake Tahoe – Truckee area! In my opinion, this the best of small town living!
I’ve been a full time North Lake Tahoe – Truckee resident since 2004 and a Tahoe Real Estate Agent since 2005.
Making a lifestyle investment in Tahoe Real Estate is so much more than just about buying a home, or condo in your price range.
I have found over the years, it’s about finding the right property and location so you can “Live the Tahoe Lifestyle – Your Way!”
My job is to help you understand the different neighborhoods/communities, locations, features, and choices.

The Tahoe area has many things to consider that are unique to our area, and finding the right opportunities can take some time – experience and local market knowledge will help you make better informed real estate decisions.
As a local Tahoe real estate professional I’m here to help you put the massive amounts of real estate data, information, and listings you are finding on the Internet into perspective.

I do specialize in working with second home/condo Buyers and Sellers, and I have created methods to support your special needs.
When a client does not live in the area full-time, there are additional tasks and activities that will need to be done, and you’ll need help organizing them.
The value of a real estate advisor, someone who can guide you through the Tahoe property sale process is where we will add value and make the transition of buying, or selling easiest for you.
