Tahoe City Marina Boat Slip Ownership Options:
- Tahoe City Marina (formerly known as Tahoe Boat Company, was built in 1940s
- Tahoe City Marina is split into two sections – private side (boat slips for sale) and the expansion side)
- Full Service Marina – Fuel
- Gated
- Private Side has 160 privately owned boat slips called “Dockominiums”
- Leasehold interest with the California State Lands Commission) their current lease is through 2038 their cost of the lease is incorporated into the individual HOA dues.
- Each Slip Owner is a member of the Tahoe Boat Company Owner’s Association (TBCOA)
- Each Slip Owner has an individual Assessor Parcel Number (APN) and ownership is transferred through a title company (Fidelity National preferred- not all title companies will handle this type of transaction) like any regular property sale.
- The cost of the slip will vary by the size, location, and current market conditions
- Your boat must fit inside the boat slip and can not extend beyond the end of the slip.
