- Building is located and attached to the New Village at Northstar, but is considered to be part of the “Old/Original Northstar Village” and as a result has membership/access to the Northstar Property Owners Association (NPOA) recreational amenities located below (east) of the bulding.

There are some 1/7 shares that have split themselves up into two owners for the one share, and are often offered in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as 50% share of 1/7th share ownership.
- Selection of Weeks of Use: There is a rotation on the picking order. Each position gets three (3) weeks of summer use and three (3) weeks of winter use.
- Pre-Planned Vacation Weeks:
- Owners may pre-reserve four (4) week long stays each year | two (2) summer and two (2) winter. These reservations may be exchanged, or gifted to friends, or family.
- Long-Term Space Availability:
- Owners may book additional two (2) week long reservations | one (1) summer and one (1) winter based on remaining availability.
- Short-Term Space Availability
- Owners gain unlimited additional access to the Residence at Northstar (Northstar Club) from 1-7 nights at a time* within 15 days notice.
- Note: * = Most weeks run Friday to Friday with a few running Saturday to Saturday.
- Flexible Reservation System:
- Owner use a flexible reservation system designed for maximum usage and versatility. Owners are deeded a share to a specific condominium unit and fractional share for inventory purposes, but usage is independent of this and all owners have equal access to all of the private residences in the size of residence that they own.
- Three (3) Bedroom owners – access to any three bedroom units
- Four (4) Bedroom owners – access to any four bedroom units
- Owner use a flexible reservation system designed for maximum usage and versatility. Owners are deeded a share to a specific condominium unit and fractional share for inventory purposes, but usage is independent of this and all owners have equal access to all of the private residences in the size of residence that they own.
- Exchange Opportunities:
- Members may exchange up to four (4) of their pre-planned weeks through The Registry Collection, Elite Alliance, or Third Home. These companies allow the Residences at Northstar (Northstar Club) owners the opportunity to stay at private residence clubs, and private homes worldwide. Additional fees may apply. Owners to complete their own investigations.

- Optional mid-Week “Turn-Over” Cleaning is also available: $105
- Daily Gratuity or per diem fee: A $13/day for 3 bedroom, or $16/day for 4 bedroom is applied as there is a strict no-tipping policy in place.
- HOA Fee: HOA fee covers ALL UTILITIES, which includes: gas, electric, water, sewer, sanitation, trash, Cable TV, wireless Internet, phone, insurance on the property and insurance for the common area, snow removal, and landscaping.
- Property Taxes: Included in the quarterly HOA fee.
- Insurance: Included in the quarterly HOA fee.
