The Ward Creek Neighborhood is small West Lake Tahoe neighborhood. At any one given time the number of Ward Creek homes for sale is very limited, and you may have to wait for homes to come on the market.
Mountain homes in this area are mixed, with large, estate-like, newer construction houses next to cozy cabins. You’ll find a wonderful mix of luxury properties, along with Burt Anderson cabins and Peter Hack A-Frame homes.
Many of the Ward Creek properties back to the year-around Ward Creek tributary that feeds into Lake Tahoe providing a wonderful creek setting. Properties that back to the creek are hard to come by, and carry a market premium in the area.
