The Riverview Condos | Townhomes are a newer condominium complex located just west of the Truckee River Regional Park and north of the Ponderosa Golf Course in the heart of the Truckee, California community.

While there is no single property address for the development, each unit has a specific street address, you’ll find units at the Riverview Condo | Townhome development on either Kudo Court, Nicholas Drive, or River View Drive just off Hwy 267 and Estates Drive.

Living at the Riverview complex offers an easy location to come and go from by being just minutes from downtown historic Truckee, and it is close to Donner Lake, and Kings Beach in Lake Tahoe. It is also close to either the turn-offs for the Squaw Valley Resort, or the Northstar Ski Resort areas.

The Riverview units are newer-construction condos that were built between 2000 to 2006. All units have an attached garage and mountain home features Tahoe buyers are looking for, combined with a great central location in the area.

The units built at the Riverview had several floor plans and the square footage in the units did vary from just over 1,775 square feet to just over 2,386 square feet.
