COUNCIL OF RESIDENTIAL SPECIALISTS – CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL SPECALIST – CRS The Council of Residential Specialists is the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. It is composed of over 36,000 Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) Designees and Candidates/General Members. That means less than 4% of all REALTORS® have completed the additional educational and professional experience requirements to become a CRS designee.
