Wondering what you’ll do on the last Thursday of March? If you’ll be up in the Northstar, Lake Tahoe, California area, check out the Northstar Brewmaster Dinner Series.
This is the last night in their unique food and beer pairing series. Each month on the last Thursday, TC’s Pub has been creating wonderful 5-course interactive meals paired with classic and seasonal ales. This last menu is being paired with Gordon Biersch Brewing Company.
The menu and beer pairing for the Northstar Brewmaster Dinner Series should be amazing. Here is the menu for the upcoming event:

Marzen / Currywurst
Curried tomato relish smoothered on german wurst sausage
VIETNAM
Czech Style Pilsner / Banh Mi
Low and slow braised pork, pickled daikon and carrot, cucumber, cilantro
with sriracha aioli in a french baguette
VENICE, ITALY
Blonde Bock / Fritto Misto
Garlic lemon herb aioli
BRUSSELS, BELGIUM
Maibock / Pommes Frites
Various aioli and ketchup
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANNIA, USA
Hefeweizen / House Pretzels
Gourmet cheese sauce, salted caramel sauce, house made mustard

Price: Tickets are $55 in Advance, $65 at the Door, Must be 21, or older.
