The Sugarpine Lakeside condominium development is a very small lakeside development of only twenty (20) units in Tahoma, California.

Located on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe, this hybrid condo development (non-lakefront development with Lake Tahoe lakefront access and amenities) is next to the Water’s Edge Condominium development but is not part of that complex.

The Sugarpine Lakeside condominium development is a short distance (across the street) from the commercial complex in Tahoma, CA that has the US Post Office and the local pizza restaurant, along with a couple of other local businesses.

This lakeside complex is not a lakefront development, but is located on the lakeside of Highway 89 South and has access to the Tri-Association Homeowners Association beach, shared pier, and buoy access.

This unique combination makes the Sugarpine Lakeside Condominium development a hybrid with all of the perks of being a lakefront development, without being a lakefront property.

Built in the early 1970s, the Sugarpine Lakeside development covers approximately +/- two (2) acres) per county records.

The units are a townhouse style design (shared walls) and are multiple levels with a tri-level structure. Each unit has an individual covered carport, which is a very rare feature for our area.

The condos do vary in floor plans and the original design was for either a two (2) bedroom or three (3) bedroom floor plan with a vaulted open living room area.

Each Sugarpine Lakeside unit has its own separate Highway address.

Sugarpine Lakeside condos are easy to get to, and are located close to commercial services in Tahoma and the popular Sugar Pine Point State Park and paved bike path.
