Extremely limited single family home inventory (only 5 listings as of 11-09-2013) is available in the Alpine Meadows area. With so few homes on the market in Alpine Meadows area, upward pricing pressure is starting to occur on buyers who are still hoping to get into the ski resort Tahoe market.

The high-end luxury market has been stronger with 25% of all sales in the Alpine Meadows were above $800,000 in 2013.

The Alpine Meadows, along with entire Lake Tahoe area real estate market has improved.
