Paddleboard Yoga on Lake Tahoe!

This past weekend the annual Wanderlust Festival took place in Squaw Valley. They were expecting over 20,000 attendees at the four day event of wellness, yoga, spirituality, music, and all of this was done here in beautiful North Lake Tahoe!

The event featured a wide variety of events including live music, meditation, dancing, hiking, rafting, farm-to-table dining, well-known speakers on a variety of topics, yoga, and paddleboard yoga.

Many of you know I try to ride my bike daily on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. On any given day, it’s always a breath taking ride of unbelievable beauty, and I look forward to what I may see along the five mile trip.

It’s always fun when I’m surprised and I see something new and this past Sunday was one of those bike rides when I came along this paddleboard yoga class on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe!

It looked like it was a lot of fun, and I was really impressed with their balance, grace, and their ability to stay on top of those paddleboards without falling into Lake Tahoe!
