Fall Festival, the Resort at Squaw Creek, Saturday, October 12, 2013

The Annual Harvest Fall Festival at the Resort at Squaw Creek in Squaw Valley is this coming this weekend, starting on Friday evening, with a full day of events on Saturday, October 12, 2013, and will end on Sunday morning with face painting. The Resort at Squaw Creek Fall Festival should be a lot of fun for everyone.

The leaves have changed color here in Lake Tahoe and it’s your chance to enjoy our beautiful fall weather, while having some Fall Harvest fun at the Resort at Squaw Creek.

It’s a three day weekend for many of you, so if you’ll be up here in the greater Tahoe City area, check out the Fall Festival at The Resort at Squaw Creek. There will be something for everyone.

Winter Movie Night “Nightmare Before Christmas” at 8 p.m.
And S’Mores at Sandy’ Deck also at 8 p.m.

Saturday, October 12, 2013 – 12 noon to 4 p.m.

Catch & Keep Fishing Derby 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Adults $20 | Children $12, Free for children under 5 years of age. Bring your own bait and tackle. Meet at the Yurt, only 3 fish per person.

Prizes! 1^st Place One room for two nights at the Resort; 2^nd Place 2014 Annual Golf Pass; 3^rd Place 2014 Nordic Ski Pass.

Duck Race for Children – 12 noon $2 per duck, or 3 ducks for $5
Beer and Brat Specials in Sandy’s Pub 12 noon – 4 p.m.
Live Music on Sandy’s Deck 12 noon – 3 p.m.
Derby Prize and Duck Race Trophy Presentation at Sandy’s Pub 2 p.m.
Fall Cookie Decorating and Pumpkin Painting on the Oasis Lawn $5 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Glow Ball Golf Adults $15 | Children $10 6:30 p.m. Price includes clubs/balls, but bring your own headlamp. Check in at the Golf Pro Shop
