A sure sign that summer has arrived in Lake Tahoe is the return of the Tahoe City Farmers Market. You may not know that our local Tahoe City Farmers’ Market has returned to the downtown area and has been open for the past few weeks. Every Thursday morning local farmers and merchants bring in their goods for sale to Tahoe City, California.

You’ll find the Tahoe City Farmers Market every Thursday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. (they’ve returned to the later closing time – yeah!) at the following locations:

Tahoe City Farmers Market – Commons Beach, May 24, 2012 – June 21, 2012

Tahoe City Farmers Market moves to the Tahoe Lake Elementary, 375 Grove Street

June 28, 2012 – August 16, 2012

Tahoe City Farmers Market returns back to Commons Beach August 23, 2012 – September 27, 2012

If you’ll be in the greater Tahoe City area on any Thursday between now and the end of September make sure to stop by the Tahoe City Farmers Market! It’s a great way to spend a few hours and enjoy being here in Lake Tahoe.
