Peaks and Paws Festival – Squaw Valley, August 24 – 25, 2013
If you love dogs, then this is your event! Get ready to have some fun at the annual two day Peaks and Paws beer, wine, jazz, and music festival at the Village at Squaw Valley this Saturday and Sunday, August 24 and Sunday, August 25, 2013.
Yes, your dog is welcome to come and be at this fun event in Squaw Valley with you. Remember all dogs need to be on a leash, and you should always be prepared to pick up after your dog.
This is a great event to celebrate our furry four-legged friends! Drink some great beer, wine, and listen to a wonderful line-up of music, while benefiting the Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe.
You’ll have two different days to check this great event out, or be their both days! This year the event will start at 12 noon and go until 6 p.m. each day.
The cost is a $5 donation to the Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe, and each beer ticket is $4 and your wine ticket is $25, which includes a commemorative glass to sample some great wines. Wine tasting will be from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
What a great way to support a wonderful local group and make a fun day out of the donation!
