Limited inventory in the Tahoe Vista area continues to provide pricing support for home sales. Buyers that are looking to get in under $400,000 are finding very few properties to choose from.
The high-end luxury market in Tahoe Vista has been strong with good Tahoe Vista lakefront sales. So far there have been four completed sales, and one more pending sale.
The entire North Lake Tahoe area has improve and as we move into our winter season serious Tahoe Vista home buyers may find the current inventory very limited with only 16 homes currently on the market.
