Tahoma, CA 96142 Current Real Estate Market Trends November 2013
Here are some current real estate market trends and data for the Tahoma, California 96142 area for November 2013. This is my local view of what the Tahoma housing market is really doing.
Limited inventory in the Tahoma area continues to provide higher pricing support for home sales. The Tahoma area is currently the least expensive community to get into on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe area, with a limited selection of homes in the price range of $165,000 to $300,000. However, lower priced properties are becoming harder to come by as the supply of Tahoma cabins and mountain homes continue to decline.
The high-end luxury market has been stronger with good Tahoma lakefront sales. So far there has been one lakefront sale at $5.3 million with two more lakefront properties offered for sale.
The entire West Lake Tahoe real estate market has improved and as we move into our winter season Tahoma sellers who decide to put their properties on the market this winter and take advantage of unseasonably low inventory levels may benefit with shorter marketing times and higher prices!
