Counting today, there are only 11 days until Thanksgiving, and only 4 days left to donate to “The Gang Volunteers” Food Donation Box at the Rideout Center in the Timberland neighborhood of Tahoe City, California.

The Food Donation Box – Tahoe City, California This year a new group of young adults in the Tahoe City – Truckee area have combined their efforts with Project Mana and have set up their own local Food Drive Campaign.

They are only accepting nonperishable only items and while they’d love to see traditional Thanksgiving Day dinner items, they’ll gladly take any non-perishable items. Any donation is greatly appreciated.

I don’t know how many people in the greater Tahoe area are aware of their efforts, but now is your chance to help someone else in the North Lake Tahoe area.

Donations are being accepted at Food Donation Box at the Rideout Center, at 740 Timberland Drive in Tahoe City, CA through the end of Thursday, November 15, 2012.
