The Northshore Condo development is just outside of the downtown Tahoe City – North Shore, CA area.

If you’re a seller you may be asking what is your Chinquapin Condo worth? This is a real estate market activity report for the Chinquapin Condo for sale – as of September 2016.

The Chinquapin Condo development is located just north east of the Dollar Point subdivision and is the last complex located in the Tahoe City – North Shore, CA area. On the other side of Chinquapin is the beginning of Carnelian Bay!

The Chinquapin Condo development is currently the only North Lake Tahoe lakefront condominium development in the area that has over one (1) mile of Lake Tahoe shoreline. It is located at 3600 North Lake Blvd., Tahoe City, CA 96145.

The Chinquapin Condo development is located approximately 3.25 miles east of the “Y” (stop light) in downtown Tahoe City on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe and about the same distance to the downtown commercial area of Carnelian Bay.

The Chinquapin Condo complex was built in the 1970’s. It is the largest lakefront condominium development on either the North Shore, West Shore or greater Tahoe City area. The Chinquapin development has approximately (+/- 190) units.

Chinquapin has an amazing forest setting that makes you feel as if you are miles away from civilization, even though it is close to everything. Chinquapin is a luxury lakefront resort condominium development with a seasonal pool, seven (7) tennis courts, pier, buoy field and the entire complex sits on about 95 acres.

There are twenty-three (23) different floor plans within the development. The complex has one (1) bedroom, two (2) bedroom, three (3) bedrooms, and four (4) bedroom floor plans.

They do have single floor units, along with multi-level units. There are also some units with a two car covered carport. The unit settings vary from lakefront, panoramic lake views, filtered lake views, pool views, tennis court views, and forest/garden settings.

The Dollar Hill I Condo development is located on the North Shore – Tahoe City, CA area and is a mountain-side condominium development on the lake-side of Hwy 28. The Dollar Hill I development is located at 3200 North Lake Blvd, Tahoe City, CA 96145.

The Dollar Hill I Condo development is located approximately three (3) miles east of the “Y” (stop light) in downtown Tahoe City on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe.

The Dollar Hill I Condo complex was built in the early 1970’s and one building re-built in 2012. It is a small mountain sized condominium development with approximately +/- 21 units.

If you’re looking for a condo development that is located on the lake-side of the highway, and is a short distance to public beaches then you’ll want to take a look at the Dollar Hill I complex.

The Dollar Hill I development that offers easy living for its owners. They offer a three (3) bedroom floor plan in the complex and the units are larger compared to other complexes.

All of the units are multiple levels with a shared wall (townhouse style), and you’ll find the living room and kitchen area located on the upper level of the unit so that the great room area takes advantage of the vaulted ceilings.

Most of the units have a forest/garden-lawn setting.

The Dollar Hill I condo development is very close to Skylandia Park, and the public beaches at the end of Bristlecone Road (one side of the beach is dog friendly) as Bristlecone Road dead-ends into the development.
