The Sugarpine Parkside Townhouse development is located in Tahoma, CA. This small townhome complex is located at 7110 West Lake Blvd., Tahoma, CA 96142 next to the Sugar Pine Point State Park on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe.
The Sugarpine Parkside Townhouse complex was built in the late 1970’s (1978) and consists of twenty-six (26) units. There are thirteen buildings and each building has only two units, which means each unit is an end-unit, with only one shared wall between units.
There was only one floor plan design in the complex. Each unit has three (3) bedrooms and two and one-half (2.5) bathrooms. The approximate square footage for each unit is 1,440 square feet.
The units have a reverse floor plan, taking advantage of the vaulted ceilings and creating a great-room concept on the top floor. You’ll find the kitchen, dining, living room and half bathroom all located on the top level, along with two decks.
The units are all two levels and the ground level has all three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which include a master bedroom.
The turn-over in the Sugarpine Parkside townhouse development has historically very low. Finding condos for sale in Tahoma has also been a challenge as only eighty-five units were built in the entire area.
