Tahoe City Rotary Club Tahoeritaville Lobster Feed - July 28 2018If you’ll be in the North Lake Tahoe – Truckee area this weekend and you haven’t made your dinner plans yet,  consider getting tickets for the annual Tahoe City Rotary Club’s Tahoeritaville event at the North Lake Tahoe Conference Center in downtown Kings Beach this Saturday, July 28, 2018.  

You’ll enjoy a wonderful meal, entertainment, while enjoying a beautiful summer evening here in the North Lake Tahoe.  
Need another reason to go?  A portion of your dinner ticket proceeds will go to benefiting the Tahoe City Rotary Club’s local community organizations that they provide assistance and support to all year-long to many local groups.

Tahoe City Rotary Club Tahoeritaville Lobster Feed – July 28 2018

When: 

  • Saturday, July 28, 2018
  • No Host Bar Opens at 5:30 p.m.
  • Dinner – 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Where:

  • North Lake Tahoe Event Center
  • 8318 North Lake Blvd., Kings Beach, CA (In the heart of downtown Kings Beach – lake side of the street.)

Cost:   

  • $70/Per Person
    • Tickets are being sold in advance at the following locations:  North Tahoe Event Center in Kings Beach, Swigards Hardware, Tahoe City, or Patti Boxeth 530-546-0339 
  • $5 Parking at the California State Parks
  • Cash, or Checks only (no credit cards)
  • No Host Bar – Cost will vary by beverage

The menu for Tahoe City Rotary Club Tahoeritaville Lobster Feed includes:

  • Appetizers, Caesar Salad, Live Main Lobster, Ear of Corn, Bread, and Dessert.

No Host Bar: 

  • Beer, Wine, and their special Tequila Margaritas (now you get the Tahoeritaville reference), and Soft Drinks.

This is a sell out, and tickets are limited, so get there early!

Crab and Pasta Feed - Truckee Rotary Club - March 24 2018It’s that time of year for the Rotary Club of Truckee Annual Crab and Pasta Feed event!

If you’ll be up in the North Lake Tahoe – Truckee, California area don’t forget the Annual Truckee Rotary Club Feed on Saturday, March 24, 2018 beginning at 5 p.m. at the Truckee Recreational and Parks Department Community Recreation Center in Truckee, California. 

This annual event is all about great food, fun, and supporting the local community.

This annual event, which is in its 25th year, is officially known as the Chris Matthew Memorial Crab Feed, and it specifically benefits a local non-profit group/organization in the area.

This year the proceeds raised from the event’s silent and live auctions will go to support the Tahoe Truckee School of Music.

It’s crab season and this is a great way to indulge in wonderful crab dinner and support the local Tahoe Truckee School of Music program and have a fun time doing both!

Here are the details of the upcoming event:

Crab and Pasta Feed – Truckee Rotary Club – March 24, 2018

  • Where: Truckee Donner Community Recreation Center, 8924 Donner Pass Road, Truckee, California
  • When: 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, March 24, 2018
    • Bar Opens at 5 p.m.
    • Dinner 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.
    • Auction 7 p.m.
  • Price:  $50 Adults, $25 Children aged 15 and younger
  • Menu: Crab ( you knew that from the title), French Bread, Spaghetti, and Salad
  • Beer and Wine available for an additional fee – must be 21+ for adult beverages

Many people may not realize that this annual event, which is in its 22nd year, is officially known as the Chris Matthew Memorial Crab Feed, and it specifically benefits a local non-profit group/organization in the area.

This year the proceeds raised from the event’s silent and live auctions will go to support the Tahoe Truckee School of Music.

What a great way to indulge in amazing crab dinner and support the local Tahoe Truckee School of Music program and have a fun time doing both!

Want to turn the evening into a dinner and a show event?  Don’t forget the special Celebrity Comedy Night event being sponsored by the local Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe with headliner Rocky La Porte (a Top 5 finisher in the NBC’s Last Comic Standing show) and Mike Pace (a stand-up comedian with an impressive list of past performances) with Rick D’Elia (a stand-up comedian with an impressive list of past performances too) as your host on Saturday night, March 21, 2015.

Tickets for just the comedy show are $25/each, but if you are going to the annual Truckee Rotary Crab Feed earlier that evening, you can get a two-for-one special event price (that’s only $12.50 a ticket) by either showing your crab feed ticket stub, or by calling in advance at 530-587-5948.
