Craft Beer and Food Truck Festival Homewood - 2019 It’s Labor Day and our holiday weekend fun continues on with the 4th Annual Craft Beer and Food Truck Festival at Homewood Ski Resort, Monday, September 2, 2019. The summer crowds have left and this is your chance to kick-back and enjoy a great summer day here on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. This event is free, and there is no general admission.  This is a local craft vendors, craft beer, live music (Featuring The Coffis Brothers), and food truck vendor event. Wonder around, check out the craft vendors, and then if you’d like an ice cold beer, admission into the beer garden is $20/door (must be 21+ age) that comes with 2 drink tickets and a souvenir mug.  Craft items and/or food – beverage costs will vary depending on what items are selected .  4th Annual Craft Beer and Food Truck Festival Homewood – 2019

    • Time:  1 p.m. – 5 p.m. at Homewood Ski Resort Parking Lot, Homewood, CA
    • General Admission – Free

Homewood Arts and Crafts Fair - 2018The North Lake Tahoe – Truckee area has a number of fun events, activities to do, and seasonal events this summer.   

If you’re looking for some shopping options, check out the Homewood Arts and Crafts Fair this year. 

They will be open this post holiday weekend July 6,7, and 8th, 2018, but they will also have additional events through-out the summer.

We will have several arts and crafts events this year in the North Lake Tahoe – Truckee area in four (4) different locations, including Homewood, CA with several different event promoters:

This is always a great opportunity to talk one-on-one with many of the artists that made the creation and learn the story, or inspiration for the piece.

North Lake Tahoe Ski Swap and Pumpkin Festival - Homewood Oct 22 2016Our first real snowfall is right around the corner, which means it’s time for the 53th Annual North Lake Tahoe Ski Swap Pumpkin Festival – Homewood, CA this Saturday, October 22, 2016!  

This year the event will be held at the Homewood Ski Resort, so if you’ve been waiting for this event, be sure to check out the new location!

If you’ve outgrown your current ski, snowboarding, or winter sport equipment, this is the weekend to swap, trade, or buy something gently used, or even brand new.

If you’re on a budget, or have family members that just seem to be ready for the next size, this is a great way to stretch your dollars and get items at a fraction of their new cost.  This is how to make winter sports more affordable by reducing that initial, or on-going equipment cost!

If you’ll be up here in the greater North Lake Tahoe area, it will be worth a trip to the  Homewood area to check out this annual event.  

At the same time that the ski swap will be going on, the Pumpkin Festival will also take place!  Even if you’re all set for your winter sports, you’ll have a chance for some pumpkin and fall festival fun on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe this weekend.

This year the Pumpkin Festival will include live music, food, pumpkin specialty cocktails, face painting, beer and wine tasting, and pumpkin contests!

  • Need one more reason to go?  How about 100% of the proceeds benefit the North Tahoe PTO supporting our local youth programs. : )

Saturday, October 22, 2016 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

  • 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. When the Pumpkin Carving Contest will be judged – Cost of pumpkin
  • 2 p.m. Pumpkin Rolling Contest – cost of pumpkin
  • 3 p.m.(ish) Pumpkin Pie Eating Contest will directly follow the Pumpkin Painting/Carving Contest – judging for the Pumpkin Carving Contest starts at 3 p.m.  Cost for Pumpkin Eating Contest is $20 a person.

If you’ll be up here in the greater Homewood area for the Wooden Boat Show this weekend, don’t forget to check out the Fine Arts and Crafts Fair on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe this weekend.

You’ll find unique crafts, art, and jewelry at the Pacific Fine Arts and Crafts festival this weekend, August 12-14, 2016 at the Homewood Ski Resort parking lot.
