Craft Beer and Food Truck Festival Homewood - 2019 It’s Labor Day and our holiday weekend fun continues on with the 4th Annual Craft Beer and Food Truck Festival at Homewood Ski Resort, Monday, September 2, 2019. The summer crowds have left and this is your chance to kick-back and enjoy a great summer day here on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. This event is free, and there is no general admission.  This is a local craft vendors, craft beer, live music (Featuring The Coffis Brothers), and food truck vendor event. Wonder around, check out the craft vendors, and then if you’d like an ice cold beer, admission into the beer garden is $20/door (must be 21+ age) that comes with 2 drink tickets and a souvenir mug.  Craft items and/or food – beverage costs will vary depending on what items are selected .  4th Annual Craft Beer and Food Truck Festival Homewood – 2019

    • Time:  1 p.m. – 5 p.m. at Homewood Ski Resort Parking Lot, Homewood, CA

Lake Tahoe Concours d’Elegance Homewood CA - 2019It’s that time of year. Hot August nights and the annual Lake Tahoe wooden boat show in Lake Homewood, California!

Today is the first day of the 47th Lake Tahoe Concours d’Elegance show in heart of the West Shore of Lake Tahoe at the Obexer’s Marina.

This will be your chance to see some of the finest wooden boats in the world!

If you’re a boat lover, or someone just who loves being here in Lake Tahoe a beautiful summer day  then you’ll enjoy checking out these classic beauties at the Lake Tahoe Concours d’Elegance this weekend.

The main event start today, Friday, August 9, 2019 and runs through Saturday, August 10, 2019 in Homewood, CA. You’ll have all day (or both days) to look and admire these boats.

Once you have purchased a day pass you also have the option to purchase the additional Wine Village ticket (must be 21+ in age to enjoy this add-on), giving you more things to do and enjoy, along  place in the shade!

  • Roar Off At 4:00 p.m. Watch them roar off onto Lake Tahoe!

A few show going tips:

  • Heavy Traffic:  Plan ahead for heavy traffic in this area, and along the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. This is a sell-out event, which means a lot of people wanting to be here.
  • Parking:  Be patient as you look for a parking space.  Click here for more information on Parking
  • Shoes:  Wear comfortable shoes as you may find parking spaces several blocks away and you’ll want comfortable, flat shoes for walking to and from the event.
  • Sunshine:  Wear sunscreen, hat, and be prepared to be in the sun with-out shade.
  • Designated Driver:  Drink plenty of water and if you have a Wine Village ticket, pace yourself, and plan to have a designated driver take you home, or pick you up!

If you’re a boat lover, or someone just who appreciates the fine workmanship that comes from these beautiful wooden boats (Can you say 18+ coats of varnish?), then you’ll enjoy the Lake Tahoe Concours d’Elegance this weekend.

The main event start this Friday, August 10, 2018 and runs through Saturday, August 11, 2018 in Homewood, CA.

If you’re looking for some shopping options, check out the Homewood Arts and Crafts Fair this year. 

They will be open this post holiday weekend July 6,7, and 8th, 2018, but they will also have additional events through-out the summer.

We will have several arts and crafts events this year in the North Lake Tahoe – Truckee area in four (4) different locations, including Homewood, CA with several different event promoters:
